The company sells some very functional, high quality products and I appreciate their transparency with regard to their current leather sourcing program and future plans to incorporate a robust tracing element. Why do I bring this up? Not all consumers who purchase high quality leather products are comfortable knowing that the best, most supple leathers come from confined newborn calves. Although Bellroy sources only from gold standard tanneries it doesn't currently distinguish cow hides from premature cow hides. As a leader in this industry Bellroy has the means to make things better. When more options on the types of leathers offered improves customers can 'vote' with their wallets and it will be good for consumers, the company, and the planet.

I bought the classic pouch, found it to be very well made and designed, nice colourway as well, in recycled charcoal with light interior. Using it to carry golf bits and pieces in the main golf bag.
Noted some of the poor reviews on here, and was a bit apprehensive, but no probs with it, very happy.
Would like another for the car, its a good product.

Bought a wallet from them which we all know not cheap, it only lasted 2 months! I emailed Bellroy and not for the first time their response is none explanatory and they trying to imply I used to many cards! (6). The wallet should hold 8! Moreover after sending them pictures and my order number I keep receiving the same response thanks for your email please send us your picture and order number

I purchased Hide and Seek wallet from them and they asked for photos of my credit card and identification document. They told it was a request from their payment gateway but imagine to do this for every transaction. This is very inefficient and incompetent. Also, when reading the reviews, I realized they appear to be targeting people from certain countries which looks like discrimination to me.
I guess I better save my money for something else that is not overpriced and decided not to purchase anything from Bellroy in the future. :/

I bought the tech bag and another small pouch. First: none of the stockists in NZ physically carry any Bellroy goods anymore - which should have been a sign. Determined - I bought them online. First, the shipping was ridiculously expensive for 2 small pouches. I spent over $150, so $20 for shipping seemed overpriced - especially since it came in a very small box. I pinged support asking about shipping costs, and they fobbed me off saying "it is what it is, deal with it".
The tech bag is terrible. I opted for the bigger one, and it barely closes with a standard Windows charger and standard Samsung charger in it. Let alone my other adapters I need to take with me. The zipper and very hard to close and gets stuck often. I am going to have to find something different and consider these a waste.
Overall - Avoid Bellroy in NZ. Not worth the expensive price tag. For what you pay, go buy something in NZ and then have fun with all your extra cash!

I have bought two wallets from Bellroy, having just taken delivery of the second as a gift for my girlfriend, and they are both great! They do seem a tad pricey, but they are beautifully made, feel premium, and are a lovely compact design. I have had my first wallet for about 5 years, and despite carrying it and using it constantly, it honestly looks as good as the day I bought it. They are a brilliant product!

Ordered and received the $89.00 "low" wallet. What a disappointment! It looks and feels cheap and doesn't efficiently store my cards and cash as promised. Email link to customer support doesn't work.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

Bought a navy wallet very recently. Slightly underwhelmed. I already have a couple of very good (non Bellroy) black leather wallets already and was looking for a third but in a change of colour. The Belroy is OK but not up to the standard of my existing wallets which were of a similar price. As I say, slightly underwhelmed and somewhat disappointed.

I purchased a slim sleeve wallet from Bellroy almost 12 months ago. I’d never spent as much on a wallet, but I can honestly say it was worth every penny and I’m fully expecting it to be at my side for many years!! Since then I’ve purchased a backpack, mini pouch, phone case and a pencil case. Premium quality sustainable kit that it designed to last!! I don’t typically rally behind brands, but i do think this company is worth every penny you invest.

Picked up a present for my partner. The wallet arrived on time and looks like great quality. The leather stitching and seams look really tight. I have a feeling this will last quite a few years. He loved it.

I recently bought a wallet; they are way over priced and my my suggestion is NOT to buy. There are similar quality products from other sources.

I have bought an item for my wife Xmas present. Never received the item, after a number of emails I still don’t have my item on 02/01/2020 even tough my card was charged the full amount on 13/12/2020.
Bellroy keeps promising to deliver but never honours their commitments.
On 03/01/2020 I have requested a refund and it was denied as they claim my order will fulfilled in days.
Very disappointed with this company, no refund and no present for my wife on Xmas!
